The Fundamentals of Project Management: A Beginner's Guide

These are your bargaining chips to help reach a consensus on what "complete" truly means. This approach positions you strongly when resisting potential project scope creep. Moreover, during this stage, strive for early wins to demonstrate your commitment to the partnership and the project's pace. Progress is a motivator, particularly for stakeholders eager to dive into action.

Transparent and timely communication is paramount throughout a project. Establish a regular and consistent cadence for project reviews and updates. Make these updates in person, rather than static reports, projects are fundamentally about people, managing relationships and dynamics is key.
